Why do we worry? Our worries usually don’t come true – it’s the stuff we DON’T worry about that gets us. Expect the unexpected – except that we don’t.

Before worrying one needs to ask ourselves why we worry and what we can do about it. If we choose to worry then we have several reasons on earth to drown in it. Being happy and cheerful which is a basic right of every human being. Short and nice write up Vinitha:)
