Leaves rustling, making patterns of all sorts all around the ground. Like a child lost in painting on every bit of paper he can find, Autumn is busy creating crafts after crafts. Some are so beautiful that I can’t stop myself from clicking the picture perfect scenery to savor for later. Some with no particular meaning still succeeding in grabbing my attention.
It makes me smile, how this season of fall by just scattering leaves of all colors here, there and everywhere, leaves behind such captivating snippets all around. Autumn, you are making a mess, a beautiful mess, which I never want to clean up. Autumn is a naughty kid for me. A naughty kid who amazes the right viewer with its talent to create beauty out of lifeless leaves. Even the trees, branching out in all directions speaks to me, nurturing my thoughts in ways I was never familiar before.
It makes me smile. The sight of water dripping from the leaves on a wet rainy day, Autumn sure goes all the way to add variety for the admirer. Using only elements from nature, the perfect picture is crafted. And these are the elements which are discarded as rubbish by the fellow seasons, Spring and Summer, and Autumn creates magic like a street artist out of those.
It makes me smile. And my smile widens with these sights regardless of what state of mind I was in. It makes me want to write; to check my draft folder and rewrite what I once thought as rubbish. Autumn, you show me the world I knew nothing about. I see the beauty of ripe leaves, in the trees and in the ground. Autumn is nature’s conspiracy to show us the world in a different angle. Each leaf tells a story. Each leaf stands out in its own way. Endless are the possibilities, as each of the vignettes are crafted so passionately, so brilliantly. To amuse the world, to entertain the peers, to live passionately, there is still time, even if it’s a fall!

There aren’t many signs of autumn here, sadly, but I love that it is the precursor to winter, which is one of my favorite seasons. 😀 A post that I liked reading, Vineetha. 🙂

Autumn is the prettiest season, I chose to marry in Autumn because I just love the beauty of it, it was the most spectacular day and we ended up with stunning photographs. You write so beautifully, it’s like poetry. We are in Spring here, it is blessing us with sunshine and all the roses are blooming. Thanks for linking up #Fridayreflections

Beautiful pictures. When I lived in the US, Fall was my fav season because of its lovely colours. Miss that part here in southern coastal India, though can’t complain about the lovely weather we have been having 🙂

Fall is a beautiful time of year and I hope we get an extended one, because what comes after is never pleasant. Nice photos!

I love the leaves turning color. I love seeing the colors – red, yellow, orange – on the hillsides near where I live in upstate New York. I love the apples ripening. But what I don’t like is what this all means – in less than a month snow will be on the ground – and the season of biting cold, ice, and snow will begin. Ugh.
