Beyond Regrets #FictionMonday

Don’t hesitate to step back and take a look at the bigger picture from time to time. Our dreams and goals may shift as we grow and evolve. It’s perfectly acceptable to change your course. But how will you discern this if you don’t pause to reflect?

At the end of your life, if you’re left with regrets about not pursuing your dreams, what’s the point? At that moment, there’s no turning back, is there? Once you’ve reached your final destination, there is no going back.

So, why wait? Pause and reflect now, while you still can.

Or are you already living with regrets? Believing that this is all there is? Thinking you’re fated to abandon your dreams? That the decision to change the direction of your life isn’t within your control? How mistaken that belief would be if you surrendered your power to shape your own life! Go ahead and venture down that less-traveled path. You might discover the missing pieces of your life there.

Don’t procrastinate any longer, for all you have is today. Seize the day and live your life to the fullest.

  1. This is such a motivating post, Vinitha! Every word resonates with me. True, it is this moment that we have. If we waste it now, then it’s gone forever. And regretting for letting go of these moments will be futile!
