Is it truly easier to follow a path laid out by someone else? It should be, but often, heartaches arise when attempting to tread another person’s journey.
The map may appear perfectly sorted, ready to be explored with clear routes and favorable weather. However, if you disregard your inner compass, no map can guide you effectively.
It’s wiser to understand your destination and dreams before peering at someone else’s map. That way you can prevent many unwelcome detours and heartaches in the future.
You are at your best when you allow yourself to be.
This piece of musing is written in response to the one hundred and seventy sixth edition of Fiction Monday inspired by the word prompt – PREVENT hosted at Reflections by yours truly. Do join in if you have a tale to tell.

That is so true and well penned, Vinitha!
