It was so easy for her to disappear—to blend into the backdrop. No one ever suspected her of being capable of harming a soul, let alone murdering six people.
The demon within her merged seamlessly with the nobody she appeared to be.
She wondered if a day would ever come when they would uncover her truth without her revealing the details. Would anyone believe her if she did?
Would they even be brave enough to face it?
