Do you know the merit of coming up with a gratitude list? I didn’t know until I wrote one to link up with the Gratitude Circle at the end of November last year. The main benefit of writing down gratitude list is that it gives a whole new perception towards life. It helps in finding joy in little things, which actually matters. It helps in staying grounded. It helps in giving credit to where it is due. And it makes one happy. When we can find happiness in the littlest of instances, tensions that otherwise eats away the majority of our times doesn’t seem to be that big. Not because there isn’t anything to be bothered with but because we are equipped with a smile from those moments which really brightens up our lives. I am thankful for having such little moments of joy in my life. Here is my gratitude list:
1. For every moment that I didn’t have to suffer the headache. 2. For blogging. 3. For the amazing blogger friends I made through blogging. 4. For the ability to think and write. 5. For my husband and son. 6. For yoga and walking which is keeping my back pain at bay. 7. For every new day I am getting to plan and enjoy my life as it is. 8. For being able to write this gratitude list.
With all the challenges life brings in, it sure is worth living. I am grateful to have experienced that and be appreciative of the same. Care to share your gratitude list? 🙂

Lovely post and an awesome list :). I guess in the race to be happy for a lot many materialistic things, we forget that happiness is in small pleasures of life :D.
