I have been staring at this photo at intervals for the past 48 hours to come up with a couple of lines to accompany this capture. All in vain!
Every time I look at this picture my musings shift.
At first it gave me an ethereal feeling. On a second look, it gave me an eerie vibe. After that my mind is running back and forth between these two impressions.
Where is this picture taking you to? I’m curious to know.

The leaves remind me of curtains and the moon is inviting me to come out and explore beyond the window.

This one reminds me of home. The full moon, the hazy tree in that moon light and some time to reflect. I also liked the verses you ended up writing. You know it’s not about perfection. It’s about progress.

I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the film ‘The Wizard of Oz’ but this reminds me of the scene where the heroes and heroine of the film travel through a spooky woods full of intelligent/malevolent trees. Strange why it does, but it does.
