one ordinary day
stepped into my life
surrounding me
with ordinary things,
every day.
until, one ordinary day
stepped into my life
and I noticed
the ordinary things
that surrounded me.
It became an extraordinary day
as I spotted the beauty
that was hiding
in plain sight all along,
every day.
every day is extraordinary
living its glory again and again
when I am ready to appreciate
ordinary days step into my life
with a dazzle of its own,
every day!

That’s a fairly small tree but it does stand out, thanks to the spread-out branches and the blossoms on it.
The extraordinary in the ordinary — really. 🙂

Good message. Beauty is all around us.

I agree; there is no such thing as an ordinary day. There is only our perception of ordinary, when we aren’t fully engaged. Alana ramblinwitham

The tree looks lovely and beautiful. The poem goes so well, Vinitha. I am so glad you shared and joined. I missed the last edition but here I am trying to get this one out 🙂 Would love for you to join.

Combining a poem with Thursday tree love makes this ordinary-looking tree extraordinary. What is this building in the background?

Thanks, Anamika. Those are houses behind that wall. This tree was sotted on the sidewalk of the road during our weekend walk. 🙂
