Biggest Challenges

Well, there is only one big challenge—being consistent. It’s something I’ve struggled with for as long as I can remember.

But is that actually true? Or is it just because I’m focusing on the areas where I’m not consistent? After all, there are many things I do every single day. I walk. I read. I journal. I’ve been diligent with my strength training and my bullet journal.

If I pause to think about it, I could probably find a dozen more areas where I consistently show up. Perhaps the real challenge isn’t consistency at all—it’s giving myself grace and acknowledging the ways I already show up for myself.

  1. I agree with your thoughts. We often think about the things we are not able to do rather than applauding ourselves for everything that we were able to accomplish. Because what we achieve with our consistency is no longer a challenge.
