Sometimes I cry
with tears all over my face,
visions blurred;
and I cry.
Sometimes it hurts
too much that I have no control,
over the spilling tears;
and I cry.
Sometimes it’s hard
to keep those tears on a leash,
as they gush;
and I cry.
Sometimes I cry
soaking in tears,
my heart weeps,
gasping for air,
my soul crumbles,
And, I cry
until the tears stop rolling down,
till it hurts no more.

Actually Vinitha, sometimes, crying will help to blurt our frustration out and think fresh. Nicely expressed

Hugs…I know the feeling although I haven’t had a cry in ages. Cry is therapeutic, no doubt!

You haven’t cried in ages? How so? I cry almost every other day when no one is around. ๐ It helps me in letting out the suffocated emotions. Thank you, Corinne. Hugs โค

Ohhh, I know that feeling – and you describe it so well in your poem. That feeling after the crying – yup! I really liked it!

Yeah, I can totally understand what you feel. I’ve been making my pillow wet with my tears for the past few days, and I can say from experience, it works wonders!

Sometimes you have to cry…better out than in. It is never good to hold something like that in. It will eat you alive. Brilliantly written, poignant, and relevant to anyone that stops by to read. Everyone can identify with this.
